# Accreditation : how does it work?

Accreditation allows access to Festival and Mifa screenings and events [on-site](#6-steps-to-follow-to-obtain-an-accreditation-and-access-to-screenings) or [online](#6-step-by-step-guide-to-registering-and-experiencing-the-festival-online-exclusively-with-the-mifa-online-registration). 

###### Steps to follow to obtain an accreditation and access to screenings :
1. [Create or log in](https://account.annecyfestival.com/en/login) to your account on the Annecy Festival connected area 
2. Buy your accreditation [online](https://account.annecyfestival.com/en/login) from February onwards 
3. Reserve your screenings via the online Ticketing Service during the week before the Festival, all information [here](https://helpdesk.annecyfestival.com/en/article/i-am-a-badgeholder-how-do-i-reserve-a-screening-in-the-film-theatre-1l3x9in/).
*Screenings reservations are included in the price of the accreditation.*

4. Collect your accreditation at the Festival or Mifa Welcome Area from 13th June 2027.
5. Present your accreditation at the entrance of the cinema theatre : 
* You reserved your screening : stand in the "Badgeholders with reservation" queue.
* You don't have a reservation : try your luck in the "Badgeholders without reservation" queue (entry subject to seating availability).

###### Step-by-step guide to registering and experiencing the Festival online (exclusively with the Mifa Online accreditation) :

2. Purchase your [Mifa Online accreditation](https://www.annecyfestival.com/en/take-part/accreditations/mifa-online-accreditation) [online](https://account.annecyfestival.com/en/login) from February onwards
3. Enjoy 100% online access from April onwards when all the features are available on your connected area (Directory, Video Library, etc.)
4. Watch recordings of Mifa events from your connected area during the Festival week.
5. Access the tools on the connected area and the webinars organised by the Mifa from autumn 2026 until 31st December 2026.
