# Are the open-air screenings cancelled if it rains?

Daytime and evening open-air screenings are only **cancelled if there is a weather alert** (strong winds, violent storms, etc.) and a prefectural order for safety reasons. 

In this case, cancellation will be announced on the Festival's website and social media.
