# Do I have to pay to submit my film?

There is a fee for submitting a film.

The registration fees cover administrative and technical costs.
**No refunds will be given if your film does not meet the eligilibity criteria.** Please read the [terms and conditions](https://helpdesk.annecyfestival.com/en/article/please-read-the-category-regulations-before-submitting-an-animation-film-1e4l5ur/) carefully before submitting your film and check that your work is entered in the correct category.
