FESTIVAL WELCOME AREA

Located at Bonlieu, square des Martyrs-de-la-Déportation, Annecy.
Easy to access using the free shuttles and bus lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15, 50A/B, 60 + in the evening 1, 3 and N – Bonlieu bus stop.

Opening times:
- Sunday 11th June to Friday 16th June: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday 17th June: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

On-site services:
- Badge pick-up desks: Pass grand public, Festival, Festival+, Mifa, Directors in the Official Selection, Buyers, Exhibitors
- Assistance for Accreditation desk for any questions regarding your badge (loss, etc.)
- Info Point
- Invitations pick-up desk
- Transport desk (urban bus route ticket purchase, Annecy-Geneva transfer reservation)

STUDENTS WELCOME AREA

PRESS WELCOME AREA

Located at Bonlieu, square des Martyrs-de-la-Déportation, Annecy.

Opening times:
- Sunday 11th June to Friday 16th June: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday 17th June: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

On-site services:
- Badge pick-up desks: Journalists, Press Officers
- Press Room (only accessible to Journalists and Press Officers with accreditations)

A Press Room is available at the Mifa, next to the Buyers’ Club, on the 4th floor of the Impérial Palace. It is accessible under the same conditions as the Festival Press Room and open from Tuesday 13th June to Thursday 15th June, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 16th June, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

No Journalist or Press Officer Accreditations will be delivered on-site at the Mifa.

MIFA WELCOME AREA

Located on the 1st floor of the Exhibitors Area, next to the Impérial Palace, allée de l’Impérial, Annecy.
Easy to access using the free shuttles and the bus numbers 5 and 14 – Impérial bus stop.

On-site services:
- Badge pick-up desks: Festival+, Mifa, Buyers, Exhibitors, Directors in the Official Selection
- Assistance for Accreditation desk for any questions regarding your badge (loss, etc.)

Opening times:
- Sunday 11th June: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Monday 12th June to Thursday 15th June: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Friday 16th June: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

STUDENTS ONE-DAY ADMISSION RECEPTION

Located at the Mifa opposite La Volière, next to the Exhibition Area.

Services available:
- The activation kiosks for the Students one-day admission to the Mifa

Students badgeholders: to take advantage of your one-day access to the Exhibiton Area’s ground floor (Stands & Pavilions), activate your badge at the special reception the same day.

Opening times:
- Tuesday 13th to Thursday 15th June: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Friday 16th June: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

For security reasons you are not allowed to enter the Festival or Mifa sites with your luggage or any bulky items. We provide a luggage locker service where you may leave your suitcases and bulky items. All information regarding this service is available here.
