# How do I accesss the features on my connected area ?

**Do you have a Festival (professionals), Students, Mifa or Mifa Online accreditation ?**

[Connect to your user account](https://account.annecyfestival.com/en/login) and **fill in your onboarding information** which consists of 3 (Festival or Students badgeholders) or 4 (Mifa and Mifa Online badgeholders) stages.

Once all onboarding steps are validated, you can access the [various connected tools](https://helpdesk.annecyfestival.com/en/article/what-is-the-connected-area-what-tools-are-available-pkm09s/) at your disposal according to your accreditation type (list of participants,Video Library, ticketing service).
