# How do I submit my project ?

You can submit your project via [your user account](https://account.annecyfestival.com/en/login)  in the **"Submit a project"** section.

1. Select the relevant category for your work.
2. **Read the** **terms and conditions** and registration fees that apply to your category.
3. Prepare your **PDF format file** (50 MB maximum). Read the terms and conditions for the list of mandatory documents to provide for each category.
4. If you already have a **teaser, pilot episode, or animation samples**, submit the video by providing a web address (URL) for a viewing platform (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, etc.) in the registration form, as well as the password for any protected URL links. Please ensure that the link remains active until 15th July 2026.
5. Prepare **1 to 3 images of the work**: HD JPEG or PNG minimum 1920x1080 px 72 dpi.
6. Please fill in the information requested at each stage of the form. Each step you complete is saved, so you can fill out the form in several stages via the **"My works > Submitted works" tab**.

It is possible to fill in several forms and then pay for all the submissions together later. **Payment validates your submissions.**
