# I am a badgeholder: I have a reservation but I cannot attend the screening, can I cancel it ?

If you are unable to attend your reserved screening, remember to cancel your [reservation](https://account.annecyfestival.com/en/login), **which you can do up to 15 minutes before the screening or event begins**. Your freed-up seat will enable another badgeholder to take your place. 

***But that's not all!*** It will also allow you to **reserve this screening at another time slot** during the week, subject to availability, or even **reserve a different event** on the same day!

**Too late to cancel your reservation?**
The reservation will be deducted from your day's quota and you will no longer be able to reserve this same event.
