# I have lost something at the Mifa site, what should I do?

**Lost and found objects** are taken to the closest **Info Point**.

Info Points are located at the following sites:
* Mifa: in the Impérial Palace's lobby and in the Exhibitors Area (Mifa Welcome Area)
* Le Campus Mifa: at the entrance to Le Campus (Belle-étoile car park)
* Festival: in the Festival Welcome Area

If the lost object has not been brought to an Info Point, you can get in touch with the **Municipal Police’s lost and found service** (10 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Annecy, +33 (0)4 50 33 88 55) from the 29th June 2026.

If you find an object you may bring it directly to the closest Info Point or leave it with a staff member.
