# Pay for your order and complete your accreditation in time for the Festival !

**Payment** for all accreditation orders **must be made within 7 working days**.
Once this payment deadline has passed, the Festival teams will no longer be able to process your request. You will be asked to place a new order at **the current rate**.
Once CITIA has received your payment, you will have a further **7 working days to complete the accreditation forms**. Each participant must complete their accreditation form before the deadline stated on the order.

**Special Case**
Student accreditation orders submitted by **educational institutions have a 14-day completion deadline once payment has been received.**

Each student must complete their accreditation form by uploading their own student supporting documents.
Please remember that an accreditation is issued in a specific name, is personal and cannot be combined with any other accreditation.
