MIFA WELCOME AREA

How do you get there?

The Mifa Welcome Area is located on the 1st floor of the Exhibition Area at the Impérial Palace, allée de l'Impérial, Annecy.

Easy to get to using the free shuttles and the local buses 5 and 26 – Impérial stop.

On-site services :

Badge pick-up desks : Mifa, Buyers, Exhibitors, Directors in the Official Selection
Activation booth for the Students one-day admission to the Stands & Pavilions Area of the Exhibition Area~~ Mifa~~
Assistance for Accreditation desk for any questions regarding your badge (loss, etc.)
Info Point
Technical Service Desk for exhibitors

*Students badgeholders: to take advantage of your one-day admission to the Stands & Pavilions in the Exhibition Area, activate your badge at the special booth on the day.

What are the opening times?

Sunday 21st June: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Monday 22nd to Thursday 25th June: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
Friday 26th June: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

INFO POINTS

Throughout the Market, our staff will be on hand to help you at the Info Points at the following sites :

Mifa Info Points: in the Impérial Palace’s lobby and the Exhibition Area on the ground floor and on the 1st floor at the Mifa Welcome Area.

Monday 22nd to Thursday 25th June: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm

Friday 26th June: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Le Campus Mifa Info Point: at the entrance to Le Campus (Belle-étoile car park).

Tuesday 23rd to Thursday 25th June: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Friday 26th June: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

For security reasons, you are not allowed to enter the Mifa sites with your luggage or any bulky items. However, we do provide a luggage locker service at the Mifa where you can leave your luggage and other bulky items.
