I have lost something at the Mifa site, what should I do?
Lost and found objects are taken to the closest Info Point.
Info Points are located at the following sites:
- Mifa: in the Impérial Palace's lobby and the Mifa Welcome Area
- Le Campus Mifa: at the entrance to Le Campus (Belle-étoile car park)
- Espace XR&Games: in the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat's lobby
- Festival: in the Festival Welcome Area
If the lost object has not been brought to an Info Point, you can get in touch with the Municipal Police’s lost and found service (10 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Annecy, +33 (0)4 50 33 88 55).
If you find an object you may bring it directly to the closest Info Point or leave it with a staff member.
