I have lost something at the Mifa site, what should I do?

Lost and found objects are taken to the closest Info Point.

Info Points are located at the following sites:

• Mifa: in the Impérial Palace's lobby and in the Exhibitors Area (Mifa Welcome Area)
• Le Campus Mifa: at the entrance to Le Campus (Belle-étoile car park)
• Festival: in the Festival Welcome Area

If the lost object has not been brought to an Info Point, you can get in touch with the Municipal Police’s lost and found service (10 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Annecy, +33 (0)4 50 33 88 55) from the 29th June 2026.

If you find an object you may bring it directly to the closest Info Point or leave it with a staff member.
