Mifa badgeholders : Where and how do I collect my badge ? What do I do if I lose it ?

To access areas reserved for badgeholders, you'll need your personal, non-transferable badge.

When you arrive, pick up your badge at the designated Welcome Area and wear it visibly throughout the Festival and Market.


Depending on my accreditation type, where do I pick up my badge ?
  • Festival accreditations : pick-up at the Festival Welcome Area
  • Journalists and Press Officers accreditations : pick-up at the Press Welcome Area
  • Mifa, Buyers, Exhibitors, Directors in the Official Selection accreditations : pick-up at the Festival Welcome Area or the Mifa Welcome Area.

ID is required to pick up your badge.


When can I collect my badge ?

You can collect your badge at the designated Welcome Areas from 21st June 2026 during their opening times.


Can someone else collect my accreditation for me ?

A third party can collect your accreditation on your behalf upon presentation of your ID and a signed letter from you (paper or digital version).


I have lost my badge, what should I do ?

In the event of loss or theft, you may purchase a duplicate badge at the Assistance for Accreditation desk in the Festival Welcome Area or the Mifa Welcome Area :

30 EUR for Festival and Mifa accreditations.

You cannot access the areas reserved for badgeholders without showing your accreditation badge.
