Find out all about the environmental contribution
This year, as part of its CSR policy and its commitment to a more sustainable event, the Festival is introducing an environmental contribution of €2.50 excluding VAT on all accreditation purchases, subject to VAT.
Analyses conducted in recent years show that nearly 70% of the Festival's carbon footprint comes directly from accredited visitors' travel. Conscious of this impact, we wanted to take clear-cut, tangible measures.
This environmental contribution, added to the accreditation fee, will enable us to support a local reforestation project in the Haute-Savoie, in partnership with the National Forestry Office.
As part of this "Plant for tomorrow" initiative, 1.6 hectares of forest around Lake Annecy will be reforested in the autumn. 1,600 native trees will be planted to strengthen biodiversity and resilience in the face of climate change
By being an accredited Festival attendee, you are contributing to offsetting the event's environmental impact and supporting initiatives that are essential for the territory.
We thank you for your understanding and for joining us in this responsible approach.
