Everything you need to know about the XR&Games Area (Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat)

The XR&Games Area, at the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat near to the Impérial Palace, lets you explore the abundant links that exist between animation and video games, while continually appreciating the diversity of immersive creations. It will host all the XR content organised by the Mifa and the Festival, as well as the Coffee Corner (food and beverages and private events).

The entire XR&Games Area is open to all badgeholders (Festival, Festival+, Students and Mifa).

A reminder of the conditions for admission to theatres depending on the event:

- WIP XR: open to Festival, Festival+, Students and Mifa badgeholders by reservation
- Mifa Pitches Digital Experiences: open to Students and Mifa badgeholders by reservation
- Mifa XR Conferences: open to Festival+, Students and Mifa badgeholders

Where the XR&Games Area is located and how to get there:
Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat, 28 avenue de France, Annecy
Access on foot from the Mifa (7 minutes) or by bus from Bonlieu (Bus no. 1 – stop Montremon/Bus no. 3 – stop Salomons)



For security reasons, you are not allowed to enter the Mifa sites with your luggage and voluminous items therefore we provide a luggage locker service especially for these items. All information (locations, opening times, etc.) about the luggage locker service is available here.
