I am a badgeholder: I have a reservation but I cannot attend the screening, can I cancel it ?

If you can no longer attend a screening or event, you must cancel your reservation, which you can do up to 15 minutes before the screening or event begins.


Log on to your connected area and in the "My reservations" tab cancel the screening or event to which you can no longer attend.
