Can I submit my film if it is not finished yet (work in progress) ?

Yes, you can submit your film as a "work in progress" before the registration deadline.

Please tick the corresponding option on your film’s registration form and write it in the work’s title (e.g.: Film title – WIP) and include the date you are planning on completing your film.

CITIA can consider unfinished films provided that they are at a sufficiently advanced stage to be judged, and that the entrant undertakes to complete the film by 15th May 2026.

You will be able to update your film's version before the Festival begins. If not selected this time, films submitted as a work in progress may be resubmitted at a future edition.
