  Feature films must have been made for the cinema with a running time of more than 60 minutes. They must not have been commercially exploited and first-run (either in theatres or on any VOD platforms) on French territory before the end of the Festival, 17th June 2023.Few readers

• I have made a short film that could be developed into a series or feature: how to submit it?

  You can only submit your finished short to the official selection in the short film category. If you have developed this short film into a feature project you can submit it to the Mifa Pitches along with all the documents required by the regulations.
