  • I am a badgeholder and I have a reservation: how do I access the theatre ?
    Please go to the "Badgeholders with a reservation" queue with your accreditation 45 minutes before the screening or event. Your badge will be scanned to check the reservation before being admitted into the theatre. The badge must be scanned at least 10 minutes before the screening begins.     We recommend going to the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue as early as possible. Admission to the theatre is subject to availability. Your badge is scanned.   • How do we know if a film is suitable for young viewers?
    Some films are not suitable for all ages. Each film descriptive shows the audience age group (family, adolescent, adult). For the youngest we propose the short film programmes especially for Young Audiences. Please note: these are not recommended for children under 6.Few readers
  • I am attending with my children, can they access the same screenings as me?
    Children can access the film theatres with an accreditation or a ticket. For security reasons and reasons of comfort, children under the age of 3 are not recommended in the theatres. Please note: All minors must be accompanied by an adult.Few readers

    Animals are not allowed in the cinema theatres, on the Mifa sites (Impérial Palace, Salle de la Volière, Exhibition Area, Le Campus Mifa) or on open-air screenings sites (except guide dogs).Few readers
  • What objects are authorized or prohibited inside the film theatres?
    In the context of the Vigipirate plan, it is prohibited to enter any of the Festival venues with any potentially dangerous object (motorbike helmet, knives, glass bottles, etc.) or voluminous items (luggage, travel bags, kick-scooter, skateboards, etc.). We provide a luggage locker service at the Festival or at the Mifa for you to leave your luggage and any bulky items.     Access to the opening (Sunday 21st June), closing (Saturday 27th June) and Special Prizes Ceremonies (Friday 26th June) is by invitation only.
