Do I have to pay to submit my film?

There is a fee for submitting a film.

The registration fees cover administrative and technical costs.

No refunds will be given if your film does not meet the eligilibity criteria. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your film and check that your work is entered in the correct category.
