How can I change my notification options?
Login to your Annecy Network and go to Networking.
Click on "My notifications" on the left-hand side of the page to update your choices about receiving notifications during the Festival for:
- the ticketing service (receive alerts a few minutes before your reserved events)
- last-minute information (additional screenings, programme changes)
Update your contact details (e-mail and telephone) and click on the dedicated boxes to receive notifications by e-mail or text message then click on "Save this information".
