I am a badgeholder: I have a reservation but I cannot attend the screening, can I cancel it?

If you can no longer attend the screening, you must cancel your reservation directly via the website, "Programme" tab, then "Account" tab and in "My reservations", up until 15 minutes before the screening starts.
