I am part of the administrative team of an animation school, how do I register my students?

Are you a teacher or administration staff at a training institute or animation school and you would like to purchase accreditations for your students and support staff? This is what you need to do:

Contact us at, to obtain a quote.
Use the quote provided to prepare your purchase order.
Go to our website and click on Get my accreditation.
Select the number of Students accreditations you require.
If you would like additional accreditations for support staff, please click on Add other accreditations then select the accreditation type and how many are required.
Click on Confirm your basket.
Fill in your invoice details and then continue to payment.
Select Administrative Mandate as the payment method, upload your purchase order and then confirm your order.

You will receive an e-mail with the link to your tracking page. Next you will receive an e-mail containing your invoice for payment. You can then pay for your accreditation by bank transfer.


From your tracking page, register your students and support staff by filling in each of their personal details. You can do this yourself by clicking on the Complete button or assign this task to the students and support staff to do it themselves. To do this, click on the Transfer button.

For your attention

As well as filling in their personal details, students must upload their student card into the application form. This card must contain: their first and last name, the school’s name, the course name, and the current academic year. If the student card does not contain all the requested information, a school attendance certificate with the missing information (in French or English) issued by the school must also be provided.
