I have a disability, what are my rights as a badgeholder ?

All badgeholders with disabilities benefit from customised hospitality at the Festival and its Market.

Please let us know about your situation when you purchase your accreditation online by ticking the box provided and attaching supporting documentation :

Persons with disabilities (PWD)

You will be given a specific accreditation featuring a pictogram. This will give you :

  • Priority access to queues, when the situation warrants it or if you deem it necessary. Please go directly to the reception staff in the theatre.

Persons with disabilities (PWD) who require an accompanying person

If your supporting documentation specifies a need for personal assistance, you will be provided with specific accreditation featuring a pictogram giving you :

  • Priority access to queues, when the situation warrants it or if you deem it necessary. Please go directly to the reception staff in the theatre.
  • 100% coverage of the same type of accreditation as yours for your accompanying person.
  • Assistance with reserving screenings/events if your accompanying person doesn't manage to reserve the same screenings/events as you.

To complete the process, you will receive an email from the relevant department requesting all the necessary details to validate your assistant's accreditation.

If you forgot to declare yourself as a person with a disability (PWD) when purchasing your accreditation, please contact us at accessibilite@citia.org.
