Is my film eligible if it has already been screened at a festival, on a platform, on television or online?

Film submissions do not require exclusive screening rights, except for the Feature Films category.

Selected Feature films (in all categories: Official, Contrechamp, Midnight Specials, Annecy Presents) must be unseen in France until the end of the Festival.

The only exceptions are the Festival de Cannes, its official selection, the Directors' Fortnight, La Semaine de la critique and ACID. However, the rights holder must postpone any resumption of the Festival de Cannes until the end of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
