How can I make changes to my Annecy Profile?

  1. Log in to your connected area


  1. Click on your first name at the top right hand side of the page, then on "My profile"


  1. Carry out the modifications (Telephone, Social networks, Info) then click on "Confirm" at the bottom of the page.

Your updates will only be taken into account if all the mandatory fields are filled in.


Please note: the email address you used creating your account cannot be changed.
