I am a badgeholder: how do I reserve an event or screening in the film theatre ?

Follow these simple steps so that reserving your screenings and events on D-Day runs smoothly:

BEFORE TICKETING OPENS

  1. Connect to your Annecy Festival connected area using your username and password and make sure you are accredited for the upcoming event. An accreditation is required to access the online ticketing service.
  2. See the list of events that require a reservation here (lien à venir)
  3. Browse the programme by clicking on "Programme" on your connected area homepage.

Take note of the access conditions to each event or screening (accreditation type/with or without reservation). You can create your list of Favourites straight away.

TICKETING OPENING DAY (date and time indicated here)

  1. Log on to your Annecy Festival connected area.
  2. On your home page, check the number of reservations available based on your accreditation type and click on "Reserve your screenings".
  3. From the "Programme" page, you can reserve by clicking on the "Reserve your seat" button:
  • from your list of Favourites that you created beforehand
  • from the event or screening's detailed page

Regarding the screening rooms capacity, we recommend you log in early to reserve the events and screenings of your choice.

  1. Find the summary of your reservations in your Annecy Festival connected area by clicking on "My reservations".

Have you reached your reservation quota and would like to attend more events or screenings? Is a screening or event marked full? Try your luck in the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue. Admission is subject to availability. All you need to do is arrive early armed with a little patience.

Mifa Online accreditation holders do not have access to the ticketing service.

*Number of reservations allowed according to your accreditation type available soon.
