I am a badgeholder: I have a reservation but I cannot attend the screening, can I cancel it ?

If you are unable to attend your reserved screening, remember to cancel your reservation, which you can do up to 15 minutes before the screening or event begins. Your freed-up seat will enable another badgeholder to take your place.

But that's not all! It will also allow you to reserve this screening at another time slot during the week, subject to availability, or even reserve a different event on the same day!

Too late to cancel your reservation?

The reservation will be deducted from your day's quota and you will no longer be able to reserve this same event.
