Pass 74: what documentaries proof are allowed?
To justify the location:
- Telephone bill (landline - mobile)
- Water, gas or electricity bill
- Rent receipt or title deed
- Tax assessment
- Proof of council tax
- Housing insurance certificate or invoice
- Statement from the Caf showing housing benefits.
Proof must show the applicant's first and last name and be less than one year old.
For persons living with a relative :
- Copy of the identity document of the person hosting the applicant;
- Signed letter from the host certifying that the applicant has been living with them on a stable basis or for more than 3 months;
- Proof of address less than one year old in the name of the host.
Proofs must be combined in a single document.
For children :
- A sworn declaration from the parents stating that the child resides under the same roof as the parents
To justify a reduced fare :
The Pass 74 – Reduced Rate accreditation is for people under 25; jobseekers; RSA recipients, ASPA solidarity benefits for the elderly and AAH disabled adult benefits (proof dated less than 6 months old).
Supporting documents must be in the following formats: .pdf, .jpeg or .png.
