My work was registered in the wrong category, where the submission fees are higher/lower, what should I do?

If you make a category error, please delete the relevant submission form from your "My works" tracking and start a brand new submission in the correct category.

If the submission form has already been paid for and sent to the organizer, then it is impossible to delete it, pay the price difference, or request a refund. It is the submitter's full responsibility to ensure that the film or project is resubmitted in the correct category before registering.
