Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds for submitting a work at the Festival.

The fees incurred as a result of an incorrect registration, a duplicate submission, registration in an incorrect category, or any other anomaly related to the registration, are entirely the responsibility of the submitter. It is the same if your work does not meet the eligibility criteria or is not selected.

Please carefully read the regulations and the General Terms & Conditions of Sales relating to submitting a work.
