How do I change my accreditation type?
Any request to change the accreditation type results in cancellation and its refund, when possible. You will need to proceed to purchasing the desired new accreditation.
Any actions carried out (reservations, appointments made, etc.) in your Connected Area will automatically be deleted. However, you will still have access to the other functions (order tracking and history, film or work registrations, etc.).
Any cancellation request must be sent to accreditation@citia.org before midday on 19th June 2026 (UTC+ 01:00). After this date, requests should be made to the Accreditation Assistance offices located at the Festival and Mifa Welcome Areas from Sunday 21st June 2026.
