  To be eligible, Feature films must : be made for cinema, be completed after 1st January 2025, and have a running time of over 60 minutes, including credits. Selected Feature films (in all categories: Competition, Contrechamp, Midnight Specials, Annecy Presents) must be unseen in France until the end of the Festival.   You can only submit your finished short to the official selection in the short film category. If you have developed this short film into a feature project you can submit it to the Mifa Pitches along with all the documents required by the regulations.
