• How do I retrieve or modify my invoice?

• Pass 74: what documentaries proof are allowed?

  To justify the location: Telephone bill (landline - mobile) Water, gas or electricity bill Rent receipt or title deed Tax assessment Proof of council tax Housing insurance certificate or invoice Statement from the Caf showing housing benefits. • How do I change my accreditation type?

  Any request to change the accreditation type results in cancellation and its refund, when possible. You will need to proceed to purchasing the desired new accreditation. Any actions carried out (reservations, appointments made, etc.) in your Connected Area will automatically be deleted. However, you will still have access to the other functions (order tracking and history, film or work registrations, etc.). • Can I buy several accreditations at the same time?

  It is possible to purchase several accreditations online at the same time. Create an account to access your connected area, and click on "Get an accreditation". Choose the accreditation type and select how many of these accreditations you want. • I am part of the administrative team of an animation school, how do I register my students?

  Are you a teacher or administration staff at a training institute or animation school and you would like to purchase accreditations for your students and support staff? • How do I cancel my participation at the Festival ?

  I would like to cancel my participation and be refunded As stated in the General Terms and Conditions related to the Annecy 2026 accreditations, any cancellation request must be sent to accreditation@citia.org. • What are the submission fees for?

  Submitting a work to the Festival incurs registration fees. These are flat-rate fees for the whole registration process, regardless of the submission date of your work, and they are specific to each category. • Can we submit several works, films and/or projects at the same time?

  You can submit several works at the same time. The fees for the different submissions of works, films and pitches together can be paid in one transaction, respecting each category's deadline. To do this, go to your user account and your "My works" tab where you can select all the works you would like to submit. The payment of your basket validates your submissions. • Can I get a refund?

  There are no refunds for submitting a work at the Festival. The fees incurred as a result of an incorrect registration, a duplicate submission, registration in an incorrect category, or any other anomaly related to the registration, are entirely the responsibility of the submitter. It is the same if your work does not meet the eligibility criteria or is not selected. • My work was registered in the wrong category, where the submission fees are higher/lower, what should I do?

  If you make a category error, please delete the relevant submission form from your "My works" tracking and start a brand new submission in the correct category. If the submission form has already been paid for and sent to the organizer, then it is impossible to delete it, pay the price difference, or request a refund. It is the submitter's full responsibility to ensure that the film or project is resubmitted in the correct category before registering.Few readers

• My work was registered several times, can I get a refund?

  The expenses incurred as a result of a duplicate submission are entirely the submitter's responsibility. A work can only be registered once. We encourage you to check with your team (distributor, producer, director, film school) to see if the film has already been submitted before making any submissions.Few readers
